I offer a range of classes making yoga accessible for anyone seeking to support their

physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

I invite you to explore my gentle yoga classes, discovering accessible postures for all abilities. 
I offer positive affirmations, meditation and breathwork to help you focus on the present, 
to reduce anxiety and stress, and to release tension from your body and mind.

⭐️ Chair Yoga With Nicci incorporates gentle movement and stretches, with a focus on mindful breathing techniques and internal awareness. Chair Yoga is practiced seated or using a chair for support in optional standing postures. It is accessible to people with conditions including; arthritis, fatigue, chronic illness, mobility restrictions, balance challenges, or for those simply choosing an alternative or additional way to practice yoga. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome.

⭐️ Yin Yoga is a gentle and slow-paced practice that targets the deep connective tissues and cultivates stillness and relaxation. Poses are supported with props allowing you to hold them comfortably experience deep release and ease in both body and mind.  Positive affirmations are often included to nurture and support your whole self. Yin Yoga With Nicci is particularly accessible and beneficial for neurodivergent individuals and those managing anxiety, or anyone else seeking to relax, unwind and improve sleep.

⭐️ Gentle yoga with Nicci is a blend of Hatha Yoga's focus on alignment, strength and flexibility, with a Yin approach that encourages slowing down, observing, and allowing the body and mind to gently ease into the practice. Exploring breathing techniques, meditation and yoga philosophy, this class fosters relaxation, cultivates inner awareness, and supports physical, mental and emotional well-being.

⭐️ The Zen Zone with Nicci. As a former primary school teacher, I understand how important it is to nurture mental health and emotional wellbeing, especially during the big leap from Primary to Secondary School. Launching later this year in Newton Abbot, The Zen Zone is a new yoga session designed especially for young people age 10-14. It's a calm, welcoming space where they can slow down and connect with their thoughts, and explore tools to support them through life's changes and challenges. Through gentle movement, breathing techniques, meditation , mantras and journaling, we'll build confidence, focus, and emotional strength. These practices make a real difference- helping young people feel safe, steady and courageous , enabling them to be themselves with confidence.
