Join my friendly Chair Yoga class for anyone seeking an alternative way to practice yoga that doesn't involve getting up and down from the floor. It is particularly suited to those with: -balance issues/ dizziness -mobility/ flexibility limitations -fatigue such as long covid, fibromyalgia -arthritis -wheelchair users -anxiety/ overwhelm Experience the gentle flow of sequences tailored to suit your needs, promoting ease in the joints and muscles, improving flexibility, strength, and balance. Discover the healing benefits of chair yoga and connect your body, mind, and spirit. And perhaps stay for a cuppa and chat afterwards! Classes at The Courtenay Centre start on Tuesday 22nd April 2025 but places are limited so please book in advance to secure your space. Please call or message Nicci on 0777 58 28 331. Payment details are below or I will accept cash on agreement. Each session is £12, payable to complete your booking. Cancellation Policy
-Booking is essential and is done via my weekly class WhatsApp poll. -You can book your space on the day of the class but please do so at least two hours before the class is due to start. -Alternatively, contact me on 0777 58 28 331 or email info@breatheyogalife.co.uk ⭐️First Class £10 - payable via BACS to complete your booking. ⭐️Class pass £50 - 5 yoga classes with Nicci, valid for 6 weeks. ⭐️Flexi pass £60 - 5 yoga classes with Nicci, valid for 12 weeks. ⭐️Cancellations: -If you cancel on the day of the class or don’t turn up, credit will still be taken from your pass. -If I am unable to run a class, I will contact you as soon as possible and your pass will be extended accordingly. ⭐️ Payment required to complete booking.
