⭐️ The Zen Zone with Nicci. Weekly sessions 5-6pm @The Courtenay Centre in Newton Abbot during term time plus some additional holiday dates. If you have a young person aged 10-14, you know just how big that shift from primary to secondary school can be. It's a time full of change, emotion and growth and I'm excited to announce the launch of The Zen Zone- a calm and welcoming weekly yoga group specifically for this age group. We will gently explore breathwork, movement, mindfulness, and other ways to manage the ups and downs of life, all while building confidence and emotional strength. The Zen Zone sessions are designed to help young people feel: - More grounded in their bodies - More aware of their thoughts and feelings - More confident and resilient at school and everyday life I keep this class small (no more than 12) and supportive so everyone feels safe and seen. Cancellation Policy
-Booking is essential and is done via my weekly class WhatsApp poll. -You can book your space on the day of the class but please do so at least two hours before the class is due to start. -Alternatively, contact me on 0777 58 28 331 or email info@breatheyogalife.co.uk ⭐️First Class £10 - payable via BACS to complete your booking. ⭐️Class pass £50 - 5 yoga classes with Nicci, valid for 6 weeks. ⭐️Flexi pass £60 - 5 yoga classes with Nicci, no expiry. ⭐️Cancellations: -If you cancel on the day of the class or don’t turn up, credit will still be taken from your pass. -If I am unable to run a class, I will contact you as soon as possible and your pass will be extended accordingly. ⭐️ Payment required to complete booking.
