Service Description

Slow Yoga or 'Yinspired Hatha' as I call it, is a unique fusion of Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga, resulting in a slow practice that allows time for the body to explore and go at the pace best suited to each individual. It combines the passive, long-held poses of Yin with the traditional Hatha which focuses on alignment, strength and flexibility, creating a well-rounded practice that promotes relaxation, inner-awareness and overall well-being. This class is designed to bring awareness to your whole body and to reduce anxiety using gentle postures with positive affirmations, breathwork and meditation to reconnect with your inner-self. ✨Please bring your own mat.✨ All other props are provided. ⭐️How to Book: Booking is essential. Contact Nicci via call, text/WhatsApp at 0777 58 28 331 or email at info@breatheyogalife.co.uk. You can book weekly via the class WhatsApp poll by agreeing to join the group chat. Please book your space at least two hours before class and complete your booking via payment link/BACS. Online access available on demand (membership and easy access coming soon via website). New students must contact Nicci directly to book. ⭐️Class Pricing: 90 min class "Newbie discount" - £10 (payable in advance). Chair Yoga 60 mins - £10 PAYG (includes + tea and chat at the end) 90 min class - £15 PAYG or £13 with a "Class Pass" (£65 for a block of 5). The Zen Zone - £10 PAYG or £8 per-class with a "Zone Pass" (aligned with school term times). ⭐️Payment Methods: Payment link available on request. Also accepting BACS or cash. Nicci Campbell Yoga cannot be held liable for any injuries incurred. ⭐️What to Expect: Nicci Campbell Yoga offers small, friendly sessions with a maximum of 10 spaces per class. Upon arrival, you can either chat quietly or settle on your mat before we begin. Please take each session at your own pace, listening to your body and exploring "sensational sensations." The focus is on how you feel, and cultivating ease. Whether you're new to yoga or have practiced for years, I invite you to connect, honor, and nourish yourself as you settle into stillness, move with your breath, use positive affirmations, mantras, and meditate on the present moment. ⭐️What to Bring: Please bring your own mat or let me know if you need to borrow one. Bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets, and eye-pillows are provided. Wear comfortable clothing, socks, and an extra layer or your own blanket for warmth during savasana (final relaxation). Avoid restrictive clothing and large meals before class. Bring a water bottle if desired. ⭐️Effective Date: These terms and conditions are valid from July 2025.
