We have been there which is why we have crafted a unique day retreat to show you how to find your way through with ease and joy. Nicci Campbell is a yoga teacher, passionate about calming the mind, soothing anxiety and easing physical and emotional tension from the body. Helen Lauer is a Shiatsu Practitioner and Subconscious Transformation Coach, using her expertise to move stuck emotions and trauma with gentle mind and body work. Helen and Nicci have been working together for over a decade and combine their deeply intuitive skills in this One Day Reset Retreat to help you:- -uncover your stumbling blocks and learn how to overcome them. -discover coping strategies to use as and when you need them. -rewrite your story with confidence and purpose. Join us for a welcoming, friendly day away from it all where we will guide you through tools and techniques you can start using straight away to bring confidence, clarity and consciousness to your life. Through a range of guided activities, energy work, gentle yoga, mindfulness and breathwork we will take you on a journey you'll never forget. Cancellation Policy

-You must pay in full at the time of booking- £60 via BACS to complete your booking. Mrs N J Campbell 40-10-02 41791516 Use your name+RETREAT as reference. Cancellation policy: A £40 refund will be given if you cancel more than two weeks prior to the retreat date. If you cancel within two weeks of the retreat date no refund will be given UNLESS your space can be filled in which case you will receive a £40 refund. -If the event is cancelled by the organisers you will receive a full (£60) refund.
