Nicci Campbell

Welcome, I'm Nicci and I'm a yoga teacher based in Kingsteignton, Devon.

I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2005 but instead of teaching yoga, I dedicated my time to my 20 year long career as a Primary School Teacher, and to my family. However, once my children had grown and gone to school, I felt lost. My life goal of becoming a mum had been achieved and I no longer found joy in my job. It soon became clear that I had changed and I needed to find out who I had become. For too long I doubted my ability and ignored my inner wisdom. Yoga guided and supported me through this transition and set me gently back down on my new path.

In 2021 I undertook a further 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course.

Through meditation, the affirmation "I am and I can" kept coming to me. I realised that I don’t have to BE anything other than who I am right now. What has helped me to find myself, is a combination of positive daily affirmations, reflective journalling and gratitude,

restorative nourishing yoga poses, breathwork and meditation.

 

I now know that I am good enough just as I am.

I know that I can share my knowledge of yoga to help others find their inner truth

and reconnect with the universal energy that unites us all.

The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify and love your true self.
