Try this unique fusion of Yin and Hatha Yoga. It combines the passive, long-held poses of Yin Yoga with the traditional Hatha Yoga practice that focuses on alignment, strength, and flexibility, creating a well-rounded practice that promotes relaxation, inner awareness, and overall well-being.

Yin Yoga is a gentle and slow-paced practice that targets the deep connective tissues and cultivates stillness and surrender in poses held for longer durations. These poses are accompanied by positive affirmations to nurture and support your mental health. We also explore breathwork techniques, meditation and other mindful practices.

Chair yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or using a chair for support in standing postures. It makes yoga accessible to people who may have difficulty with traditional floor-based yoga due to mobility issues, balance concerns, or other limitations. Chair yoga incorporates gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques. It is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
